The Chancellor is
the University’s highest administrative officer. He is responsible
for the budget, is ex officio consultative member of all
commissions and committees of the University, and can officially
comment on any matter of relevance to the state and development of
the University. The Chancellor is appointed directly by the Minister
of Science and Art.
