reflect.engage - doing sustainability
Learning and getting involved in society? That's possible! At reflektiert.engagiert you will attend online events and learn how you can become active in the field of sustainable development yourself and why this is not only important for "ecologists". At the same time, you will get involved in selected and supervised practical projects and experience how you can become active in the field of sustainability yourself.
You are asked. "Be the change you want to see in the world. (Mahatma Ghandi).
You will earn five credits with the Reflective Engagement model. It is divided into the following modules:
- Introductory event
- Module 1: Sustainability and me
- Module 2: My project and me
- Module 3: Sustainable action and me
- Module 4: The future and me
In the modules, you will be prepared and accompanied in terms of content and methodology for your work in the non-profit organisations. The engagement extends over 4 months and should be well integrated into your everyday study life, i.e. you will complete a project, but you will work together with other people, you will be supervised and it is easily manageable in terms of time alongside your studies.
reflektiert.engagiert is suitable for students of all fields of study and can be attended without prior knowledge. It is only offered in the winter semester as part of the studium generale. 5 credits can be earned for this course.
