Mr. Gong Chen joins the chair team

At the beginning of October 2018 Mr. Gong Chen joins the team at our chair. He is going to work in the project called "Optimierte Continuous Descent Operations unter unsicheren Umwelt- und Missionsbedingungen" together with the other project members Professor Dr.-Ing. Hartmut Fricke, Professor Dr. Ostap Okhrin, Felix Steinmeier and Shumpei Kamo. Under the current economic and ecological pressure, the team is trying to design an optimized flight trajectory with Continuous Descent Arrival (CDA). However, disturbance of meteorological factors like wind and temperature make this goal hard to achieve. They are hoping to recognize these factors along their effects and attain a better air traffic management. More details can be found following this link.
