Lehrveranstaltungen im Sommersemester
Dieses Semester bieten wir für Studierende im Bachelor (BA), Master (MA) und Diplom (D) folgende Lehrveranstaltungen an (s. auch Stundenplan)

Nachhaltige Unternehmensführung (BA/D, dt.): Die Lehrveranstaltung findet ab dem 01.04.2019, immer montags von 11:10-12:40 Uhr in HSZ Audi/H statt. Alle weiteren Informationen entnehmen Sie bitte dem Syllabus im Downloadordner in Opal.
Corporate Social Responsibility (BA/D, engl.): The course allows to discuss a wide variety of themes pertaining to the social and environmental responsibility of business in a globalized world. Drawing on the Standard ISO 26000, Guidance for Social Responsibility key topics around the opportunities and boundary conditions of responsible business practices will be discussed. In this semester, the lectures will take place Mondays 11:10-12:40 in SCH A316/H, starting 08.04.2019. The lectures will be delivered in English. Please refer to the syllabus on Opal, which will be uploaded shortly, for more information on the content of the course and the assessment.
Stakeholdermanagement (BA/D, engl.): The course teaches how different stakeholders and external conditions influence the success of companies. Building on this, it discusses how the interests of stakeholders and their potential impact can be incorporated into organizational decision-making. The lecture will take place on 04.04.2019 on Thursdays from 07:30-09:00 in room SCH A01 / H. The course will be offered in English this semester. Find more information im Opal.
Value Chain Management (BA/D, engl.): This course will provide knowledge on understanding how environmental management systems and sustainability thinking can be embedded into company value chains, enhancing and advancing corporate sustainability and societal resilience. Lectures will be organized to cover the Primary Value Creation Stages of: Procurement, Production, Sales and Disposal as well as the secondary value creation stages of research and development, transport, human resources and organization, marketing and finance. The course will take place from 18.04.2019, every Thursday from 11:10 - 12:40 in REC B214/H. Opal
Scenario planning (BA/D, engl.): This course will teach the management strategy “scenario planning” illustrated with the example “Europe in 2044: Artificial Intelligence and the Future or Work”. It will be held in English with Mr. Martin Gillo who was Saxony’s minister for economy and employment from 2002 to 2004 and afterwards member of the Saxon parliament until 2014. He studied Social Psychology and worked as consultant and manager for AMD in Germany and the USA before he took an active role in politics. Lecture times and rooms will be announced soon. There will be an informative and group building event on the 17thof April and whole day lectures on 26/27/28.04 and 03/04/05.05. You may find more information in Opal. Nachhaltigkeitsmanagement in der Praxis (BA/D, dt.): Die Lehrveranstaltung wird dieses Sommersemester wieder zusammen mit Herrn Dr. Peter Saling (BASF SE) angeboten. Die Blockveranstaltung findet zwischen dem 01.07.2019 und dem 04.07.2019 ganz- oder halbtags statt. Die verbindliche Einschreibung erfolgt ab sofort bis zum 23.06.2019. Virtuelle Akademie der Nachhaltigkeit (BA/D, dt.): Auch in diesem Semester werden wieder zwei Prüfungstermine zu der Online-Veranstaltung „Nachhaltigkeit und BWL“ angeboten. Das Selbststudium erfolgt über das e-Learningportal der Uni Bremen. Weitere Informationen finden Sie hier in Opal.
Aqua/ WPA (BA/D, dt.): Wir bieten in diesem Semester den Kurs "Managementtheorien" an. Bitte tragen Sie sich über die zentrale Opal Seite zu Aqua-Projekten/WPA ein. Sie werden nach Ende der offiziellen Einschreibefrist in Ihre gewählten Kurse in Opal übertragen. Die Teilnehmer des Mentoring-Programmes werden den Lehrstühlen zugeteilt und separat informiert.
Ressourcenmanagement (MA/D, dt.): Viele Rohstoffquellen geraten aufgrund des steigenden Materialbedarfes der Industrie- und Schwellenländer sowie linearer Rohstoffströme an ihre Grenzen. Die Knappheit natürlicher Ressourcen spiegelt sich in steigenden Preisen wider und erfordert ein Umdenken von Unternehmen im Umgang mit Ressourcen. Die Lehrveranstaltung „Ressourcenmanagement“ widmet sich in diesem Zusammenhang der Material- und Ressourceneffizienz aus betriebswirtschaftlicher Sicht. Die Lehrveranstaltung findet ab dem 04.04.2019, immer donnerstags von 14:50-16:20 Uhr in SCH A 315 statt. Diese Lehrveranstaltung wird auf Deutsch angeboten. Nachhaltigkeitscontrolling (MA/D, dt.): In dieser Lehrveranstaltung lernen Sie, nachhaltigkeitsorientiertes Denken in Entscheidungen zu integrieren. Nach Abschluss sind Sie befähigt, Nachhaltigkeitsanalysen durchzuführen sowie diese in unternehmerische Entscheidungen zu integrieren. Der Kurs findet ab dem 11.04.2019 donnerstags in der 4. Doppelstunde (wöchentlich) im Raum SCH A315/H statt. Nähere Informationen finden Sie demnächst in Opal.
Vertiefung der Ökobilanzierung: Im Sommersemester 2019 wird Herr Dr. Steffen Wellge eine dreitägige Blockveranstaltung zur „Vertiefung der Ökobilanzierung“ anbieten. Herr Dr. Wellge ist Mitarbeiter der Volkswagen AG im Bereich Produktion Umwelt und befasst sich vor allem mit dem Thema Umweltschutz und -management von Produktionsstandorten. Im Mittelpunkt des Seminars steht die Arbeit mit einer LCA-Software. Die Veranstaltung wird vom 03 bis zum 05. Juli 2019 ganztägig stattfinden. Weitere Informationen zum Kurs werden in Kürze auf OPAL bereitgestellt.
Bachelorseminar (BA) und Forschungsseminar (MA/D): Diese Seminare werden regelmäßig angeboten immer dienstags angeboten. Ein erfolgreicher Abschluss ist die zwingende Voraussetzung, um eine Abschlussarbeit an der Professur schreiben zu können. Weitere Informationen zur Bewerbung und zum Ablauf finden Sie hier.
ISF (Fremdfakultäten, engl.): This course will provide knowledge on identifying, evaluating and applying innovative solutions to environmental problems and a framework for measuring and monitoring the effectiveness in investing in sustainable activity. The course will cover the role of ecological capital; life-cycle assessments of environmental sustainability and trade-offs (such as through cost-benefit analysis) that support decision making under uncertainty, and develop potential solutions to real-world problems. The course will be held in English and will begin on 17.05.2019, taking place weekly in DS 3 and 4 (11:10-14:30). Opal
