Objectives & Content |
This course will provide students with an understanding of strategic sustainability management, examining how companies develop and implement sustainability policies and place emphasis on how these strategies are communicated to organizational stakeholders. The course will cover the roles and responsibilities of sustainable strategic leaders within companies, the sustainability challenges companies may face and respond to, and the tools of strategic business management to respond to them. | |
