Objectives & Content |
How do we prepare for a world 25 years into the future? One of the most innovative approaches to addressing that question is Scenario Planning, a method for first exploring the space of possible different futures and second, for developing success strategies suited to those possible futures. The aim is to succeed, no matter what the future will look like. This seminar uses a learning-by-doing team work approach. The specific target is to get to know Scenario Planning as a method while at the same time discovering strategic options for the European Commission on a challenging political topic which will be announced at the beginning of the course. Upon completion of the module, students will be able to analyze and strategically prepare unforeseeable future developments. Furthermore, they improve their intercultural and social skills in group work. |
