Objectives & Content |
After completion of this course students are qualified to analyze a company’s specific, extended and global environment. For this purpose, all relevant political, economic, technological, ecological and legal influences, as well as the stakeholders of an organization or company (multinational, small and medium sized ones), have to be considered. The analysis can then be integrated into business related decisions. Thereby interaction, communication as well as learning and change processes play an important role. |
