Emily first completed her bachelor's degree in health management at the Zittau/Görlitz University of Applied Sciences and then her master's degree in business administration at TU Dresden. Before becoming a member of the research group, she worked at the state chamber of physicians of Saxony. Her roles in the team include collaborating on projects as well as the main research focus on patient empowerment and engagement.
