The Alumna of the Month for November is a graduate of Education
Theresa Nadler is the November 2023 Graduate of the Month.
After completing her Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Theresa Nadler wanted to pursue a Master's degree in Education and studied Continuing Education Research and Organizational Development. Thanks to the interdisciplinary nature of the course, she was able to build directly on her first degree and at the same time broaden her horizons. She says: "The interdisciplinary nature of educational science, psychology, sociology, business and economics appealed to me. The lectures were supplemented by a large number of seminars that allowed us to focus on our own specific areas of interest. I have particularly fond memories of the lively and practice-oriented discussions."
Today, she advises companies on establishing innovative and sustainable organizational structures.
