Research
Research means asking questions and looking for answers.
You do research, explore and observe and maybe you also measure something. Then you find a result. But it can also be that the answers lead to new questions.
If you stay curious and ask questions, you can discover new things. That's how new knowledge is created.
We as education and inclusion experts have questions that are often forgotten at the university, or questions that no one else comes up with.
The university is a place where new knowledge is created. Important knowledge comes from exchange - everyone contributes their own ideas, experiences, questions and observations. We participate in this and enrich our working environment with our perspective.
