The Bonn Research Center ForTech and the Disruption and Societal Change Center (TUDiSC) of the TUD Dresden University of Technology invite you to an online colloquium on 05.12.2025 with the topic - "Phenotyping Vulnerability in Digital Law".
The Bonn research center ForTech is looking for answers to legal questions of new technologies in data and digital law. The Dresden TUDiSC project DESIGNATE focuses on sovereignty vis-à-vis deceptive technologies. From both overlapping perspectives, the importance of vulnerability as a legal concept is growing.
Continuing the tradition of the Bonn debates on data and data protection law , we invite you to discuss the following questions together on the basis of impulses from great Advisors:
What assumptions underlie vulnerability in digital law in each case? How is it defined, concretized and made usable? For or against whom?
