Research Atelier on “Artificial Intelligence & Intellectual Property: state of research” on 19th and 20th May 2022 in Strasbourg
On 19th & 20th May 2022, the first part of the joint Research Atelier on “Artificial Intelligence & Intellectual Property: state of research”, will take place in cooperation with the Center for International Intellectual Property Studies (CEIPI) in Strasbourg. We are very much looking forward to examining the subject of IP and AI both from the perspective of European law and from the perspective of comparative law and to learning more about AI from a technical, economic, and sociological point of view. This Atelier takes place with the financial support of the Franco-German University (UFA) and is under the scientific coordination of Jean-Marc Deltorn and Franck Macrez, Associate Professors at CEIPI, and of Prof. Anne Lauber-Rönsberg, Professor of Civil Law, Intellectual Property Law and Dr. Sven Hetmank from the TU Dresden.
This seminar takes place with the financial support of the Franco-German University (UFA) for the organization of research workshops for young researchers devoted to artificial intelligence and its challenges in Europe. The objective of this approach is to intensify reflection on artificial intelligence from a Franco-German perspective and a European dimension.
