Research seminar "Artificial Intelligence & Intellectual Property" (part 2) on 30 June and 1 July 2022 in Dresden
On 30.6. and 1.7. 2022 the second part of the joint research atelier on "Artificial Intelligence & Intellectual Property" will take place in Dresden in cooperation with the Center for International Intellectual Property Studies (CEIPI), Strasbourg. As in the first part, in this second part the topic of intellectual property and AI will be examined from the perspective of European law as well as from the perspective of comparative law in its technical, economic and sociological contexts. This atelier is made possible with the financial support of the Franco-German University (UFA) and is under the academic direction of Jean-Marc Deltorn and Franck Macrez, Associate Professors at CEIPI, as well as Prof. Anne Lauber-Rönsberg, Professor of Civil Law, Intellectual Property Law and Dr. Sven Hetmank from TU Dresden.
This seminar takes place with the financial support of the Franco-German University (UFA) for the organization of research workshops for young researchers working on artificial intelligence and its challenges in Europe. The goal of this approach is to intensify thinking about artificial intelligence from a Franco-German perspective and in a European dimension.
