Seminar on Protection of Fashion and Functional Clothing - 23 June 2022 in Dresden

In 2017 an international workshop series was initiated in cooperation with one of our LL.M.-partner Universities, the Charles University in Prague. The aim of the workshop series is to discuss current legal topics in the area of Intellectual Property law and Competition Law at an international level and to create comparative guidelines for research, science and practice.

As part of this tradition, this summer's seminar on June 23 will focus on the legal protection of fashion and functional clothing.

This project is funded by the German Federal Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF) and the Free State of Saxony within the framework of the Excellence Strategy of the German Federal and State Governments.
