Univ.-Prof . Dr. Matthias Kramer was appointed on 01.07.1995 as a professor of business administration at the IHI Zittau. Since 01.11.1995 he passes the  chair. From 01.10.1995 to 30.06.2002 he was also deputy director of IHI .
