Microcomputing Technology 2
Overview
The lecture is part of the module ET-12 01 01 and MT-12 01 23 is offered in the summer semester.
Structure: L/E/P 1/0/2 -
Lectures and practical courses will be held completely online this semester to interrupt chains of infection.
Note: We recommend that you visit this page on every lecture date until OPAL is available again.
Further information
The platform OPAL will be used to hold the courses. There, all scripts for the lecture, downloads, and notifications will be published during the semester. The registration on OPAL takes place with the ZIH-Login of TU Dresden. A unique enrollment is necessary.
The course is managed via the same OPAL course MRT1. If you already enrolled in MRT1 during the winter semester, new enrollment is not required.
Practical training
The details for the enrollment and execution of the practical training will be announced during the lecture. The organization of the practical training is subject to the Chair of Communication networks ( Dr.-Ing. Roland Schingnitz).
Content
The students shall gain knowledge about the structure and implementation of complex object-oriented program structures in embedded platforms. Besides an introduction to the programming language C++, information modeling and data exchange via semantic communication protocol like OPC UA will also be a focus.
The practical use with development environments will be shown and practical exercises for the subsequent lectures will be practiced.
The students are offered an optional Raspberry PI-based developing platform in order to practice the contents presented during the lectures.
