Dresden International Summer School on Haptics and Cognitive Robotics (HAPCOR)
05.-09.-09.2022
The International Summer School on Haptics and Cognitive Robotics mainly targets experts, PhD students, researchers and skilled practitioners. Technical systems and products are becoming more and more complex and efficient and increasingly penetrate all areas of life and work. Digitization with its diverse facets plays a central role in this. Applications of haptics and robotics are an important part in the service sector, for people in general and in digitized industry. The central subjects of this summer school are the people confronted with this technology and the interface between technology and user (human in the loop).
MemrisTec Summer School
08.-16.9.2022 | Aachen/Jülich
The first MemrisTec Summer School will cover the topics of the research program Memristive Devices Toward Smart Technical Systems. Memristors are nanoelectric devices capable of storage and computation. Their specific properties make it possible to integrate significantly more memory than before in a very small space and to create novel, biologically inspired networks for information processing.
