[Beleg] Attributed Grammars in Julia

The library Kiama has shown that (Reference) Attributed Grammars can be realized languages such as Scala, by encoding the tree data structure as contextual parameter. Julia, with the new library context.jl, offers new opportunities for realizing contextual parameters by multi-dispatch and semantic macros. This task is to realize a prototype for Attributed Grammars in context.jl and Julia.
