Application procedure for NCFU-students / UIJ-students
Deadline
Interested students must apply to the partner university and TU Dresden (TUD) until 31 May (for the upcoming winter semester) / until 30 November (for the upcoming summer semester).

TUD admission requirements
Registration at TUD
Applicants must register at the online application portal “selma” as degree seeking students (here: Master in Informatik)
Please create your own user account (on the left side) + follow the given instructions.At the end of the application process please, print the application form and sign it.
TUD application documents:
- signed SELMA application form (see registration) The further documents must be additionally available in German,English or Russian language:
- Certified copy of the first University degree certificate OR *Confirmation by the student office of the applicant‘s home university that at least 80% of credits have been achieved (In case you do not hold a university degree yet)
- Completed and signed form for admission
- Certified copy of the Transcript of Records/Reports on university examinations;
- Certification of sufficient knowledge in English at least level B2 of the European Frame of Reference for Languages (for example: TOEFL: 550 (PBT) or 72 (iBT) /IELTS: 6.5
- Official desciptions of modules/courses/lectures in English, Russian or German (related URL of the university's website would be sufficient)
Important
All copies of the original transcripts and degrees must be authenticated as true copies of the originals with a stamp and signature by an authorized institution (i. e. German embassy, consulate, public notary). The accuracy of the attached English translation of the documents must be confirmed.

Admission
