Colleague Richard Hartl at the IOER annual conference (23.09.21)

From September 22 to 24, 2021, the annual conference of the Leibniz Institute of Ecological Urban Regional Development (IOER) took place at the Dresden Hygiene Museum under the headline "Space and Transformation". Richard Hartl presented partial results of his cooperation with Philip Harms and Dr. Markus Egermann (both IOER). His lecture “Transformative planning? A critical comparison between urban mobility planning and transition management" presented conceptual interfaces between the concepts of "Sustainable Urban Mobility Planning" from mobility planning and "Transition Management" from transformation research. Based on this, recommendations for a more transformative design of mobility planning were formulated.
