Commissioning of Intelligent Production Systems
Sustainability and the reduction of plastic materials are huge trends in the packaging industry. Compression drawing ist a promising technology to produces natural fibre based packages in large quantities.
The aim of this project is a transferable concept for commissioning of intelligent packaging system which operate with natural fibre based materials. We want to support small and medium sized enterprises along the production chain from manufacturers of packaing machinery, to automation components, and packaging companies. In this project we develop a techology control for the compression drawing system. Machine Learning algorithms are intodruced on the base of sythetic data. We utlise digital twins of central process steps to generate these multivariate data.
This projects is based on the project IGF inkopod inkoprod - intelligent production of consum goods.
