Building on the findings of Phase I and II, the functionality of the software „Blade2Parameter“, which was developed at the chair of Turbomachinery and Jet Propulsion, is extended to rebuild the geometry of several turbine components based on optical measurement data. Within this scope, the focus is on the reconstruction of aerofoil, trailing edge slot, fillets and winglets.
In addition to the extraction of profile parameters referring to the traditional NACA parameterisation, algorithms for the reconstruction and parameterisation of nozzle guide vanes (NGV) with branched medial axis are developed.
