Regional Partnership Wroclaw
With its numerous initiatives within the border triangle Saxony-Czech Republic-Poland, TU Dresden aims to intensify cooperation in research, teaching, and transfer regardless of borders in order to promote scientific and economic development. As a global university, TU Dresden attaches great importance to active participation in regional internationality.
The regional partnership with Wroclaw aims to intensify the impact on industry and society. The cooperation between Saxony and Lower Silesia shall be renowned beyond its borders and shall include a broad variety of members of all participating institutions as well as actors from science and industry. Regional networks such as Dresden Concept, as well as Wroclaw Concept, play a crucial role to foster inter-institutional cooperation at both locations. Active cooperation includes activities in the fields of research, teaching, and transfer as well as a vibrant exchange of all target groups of different scientific backgrounds via structured mobility programs.

May: Visit the Wroclaw University of Economics by the CTIO on the occasion of the 75th anniversary of the university
March: First delegation trip to Wroclaw after the start of the corona pandemic led by the CTIO, including a visit to the TU Wroclaw and meetings with representatives of other partner universities, such as the WUELS, the Wroclaw University of Economics, and the Medical University of Wroclaw
