Leaders of exercise and internship groups at your faculty are given the opportunity to attend a two day programme, visiting sessions on topics such as:
- Planning an exercise unit or internship unit
- Difficult situations encountered in exercises and internships
- Practical examples of exercises and internships: designing exercises and internships in a motivating way
- Appearance and presentation in exercises
- Encouraging students and enhancing student motivation
- Teaching workshops
The sessions are offered in parallel and are sometimes repeated to enable participants to complete the training in steps and with a total time commitment of 8-16 work units (1 unit = 45 min).
You can take a look at our schedule and the detailed handout on the training sessions offered since 2014 at the Faculty of Mechanical Science and Engineering.

After such a workshop, you will be able to:
- distinguish between content and the learning objective or learning outcome,
- formulate learning results in a competence-oriented way.
- differentiate between qualifications in terms of progression in the course of studies.
We work in close coordination with, for example, Unit 8.4 Study Programme Affairs, the Center for Quality Analysis (ZQA), the study offices and deans of studies.
A sample of such a workshop in the Faculty of Business and Economics can be found here.
