Leica SP 5
Description
The Leica SP 5 confocal laserscanning microscope is designed for routine work. The Incubator and a CO2 system allow experiments with living cells. The laser lines are well distributed over the spectrum. Special techniques like FRET and FRAP are can be done easily. Due to the conventional setup, it offers straight forward working conditions. The microscope is also capable for brightfield.
Suitable for
- live and fixed samples
- Multi color imaging, multi position imaging, tile scans, z-stacks, spectral unmixing
- FRET, FRAP
