Biography: Yoshitaka Fujita received the Ph. D degree in Physics from Osaka University. He has been doing nuclear reaction experiments at RCNP, (Osaka), IUCF (Indiana),
NSCL, MSU (Michigan), iThmba LABS (Cape Town) and nuclear decay experiments at ISOLDE (CERN), GSI (Darmstadt), CRC (Louvain la Neuve), GANIL (Caen),
CNS-Tokyo/RIKEN (Saitama) and ELBE (Dresden).
