Master Thesis - Training development in the project "Inno-Lead@Work"

Research question:
As part of the research project "Inno-Lead@Work", several trainings on topics such as leadership, innovation, and digital transformation are being developed for managers of the textile industry in Bangladesh (further information on the project: https://tu-dresden.de/mn/psychologie/iaosp/wop/forschung/forschungsprojekte/inno-lead-work).
Withina master thesis, a training on meta-competences is to be developed on the basis of partially existing training material.

Start of the master thesis:
April 2023 onwards
