Programs
CEPRIS runs programmes to promote mental health and prevent mental and behavioural disorders. The focus here is on the modification of risk factors for mental disorders, which often manifest themselves in critical individual behaviour patterns or symptomatology.
Based on scientific findings on the development of mental and behavioural disorders, innovative intervention programmes for children, adolescents and young adults are newly developed at CEPRIS and their effectiveness tested. In addition, already established programmes for health promotion and prevention are being implemented and evaluated.
The programmes implemented at CEPRIS are aimed at health promotion and prevention. In principle, they are not suitable for the treatment of psychological and behavioural disorders with disease value. Against this background, we ask all interested persons to answer a number of questions before enrolling into a program.
Currently the following programs are available:
- Mutig werden mit Til Tiger – A training program for shy children between the ages of five and ten.
- Panik! - Was nun? – A training program for adults with anxiety or panic attacks.
