VOM_HANDEL: CHANGE MAKER - CHANGE OF ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURES THROUGH SUSTAINABLE MEDIA EDUCATION CONCEPTS IN EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS OF THE RETAIL MARKET
The digital transformation in the working environment has also reached educational institutions in retail. Therefore, it is the aim of the overall project to raise innovation requirements for educational institutions of the retail market and to initiate change processes with a view to strengthening and promoting media skills at management and employee level. The goal is to achieve a sustainable and stable organizational development through the implementation of media education concepts that provide for the structural anchoring of the use of media and the necessary information technology infrastructure, as well as media didactics and media education.
The task of this TU Dresden sub-project is to first collect data with the help of social science methods, on the basis of which media education concepts can be developed that meet the requirements of different target groups at the educational institutions. The effectiveness of these concepts is then checked. In addition, the project offers scientific support for the reorganization processes in the companies involved.
