Online-Workshop (Zoom)

An internship and a first job are literaly the starting point of your professional career. The first 100 days are decesive for you to find out whether you are in the right place, and also for the company to find out whether it works out well with you. Therefore it is good to get prepared: What awaits me on the first day and in the first week? What can I do as a preparation? How can I organize myself and my onboarding?
Take an active part and make sure that you know the following:

• How to get the job done and how to position yourself
• How to integrate into the team and collaborate
• How to understand the role of your superiors and how to build a a good relationship
• How to get feedback in an easy going way
• How to solve difficult situations
• How to recognize your boundaries and how to deal with them

We will discuss these questions with concrete examples. This will help you to find your guidelines to make the best of your first 100 days in your internship or new job!
