Commissioners for Students with Disabilities Chronic Illnesses
TUD's Liaison Officers for Students with Disabilities, Prof. Dr.-Ing. Gesine Marquardt and Prof. Dr. Gerhard Weber, represent the interests of students with disabilities or chronic illnesses at TU Dresden. They offer advice on all special questions regarding studying with disabilities, such as on special aids for students with physical disabilities and on the compensation for disadvantages.
Working Group Services Disability and Studies (AG SBS)
The Working Group Services Disability and Studies (SBS) advises and supports students on all aspects of participation in studies. The working group creates barrier-free specialist and teaching material. It organises the lending of various assistive technologies such as Braille displays and blackboard cameras, and provides students with a work and examination room with aids and adapted software.
