Tips for staying healthy
Table of contents
1. Health and hygiene
SARS-CoV-2 is transmitted primarily via virus-containing particles (larger droplets and smaller aerosols) from coughing, sneezing, talking, breathing or singing. Therefore, limiting contacts, ensuring safe distance to others and wearing a mask in addition to thorough hand-washing with soap (for at least 20 seconds) are effective methods of protection. Fot additional safety, hand-sanitizer and dispensers are available in the buildings and structural units. Refrain from shaking hands or hugging - alternative greetings are recommended. Please follow the sneezing and coughing etiquette - use the crook of your arm or a tissue, which should then be disposed of immediately. Here, you will find a poster with the standard health and hygiene instructions. You are welcome to distribute this throughout the university.
