New program winter semester 2022/23: Consciously interacting with each other
“Consciously interacting with each other" - Or: How can (pre-)judgement-free interaction succeed in the workplace and in courses? Why does a constructive feedback culture make collaboration more effective and increase motivation at the same time? The new program of the Center for Continuing Education focuses on this issue for the winter semester. You can find the complete program on the TU website for continuing education for employees.
Our workshop program is mainly in German, so we would like to draw your attention to our individual offers that we can organize for you and your team in English. These are in particular:
- Team workshops in communication, project management and leadership
- Team coachings
- Individual coachings for executives and professors of TU Dresden.
