This year, for the third time, the Officer for Equal Opportunities and the Protection of Women’s Rights invites to a forum potpourri.
The event provides an environment for dialogue, exchange and discourse.

This time, the focus is on the topics of fairness and networking. We want to work together to address issues of equal pay for all employees and also in favor of better networking among administrative employees.
The invited experts are: Dr. Sünne Andresen (Women's Representative HTW Berlin) and Dr. Ulrike Richter (Deputy Women's Representative HTW Berlin). After a short introduction, the speakers will present their experiences with in delving into the topic of equal pay in order to examine the situation at HTW Berlin.
Peter Sindelar from the Office for Equal Opportunities and the Protection of Women's Rights then explains what the "Fairnetzt Euch" campaign by the Federal Conference of Officers for Equal Opportunities and the Protection of Women's Rights at Institutions of Higher Education (German: Bundeskonferenz der Frauen- und Gleichstellungsbeauftragten an Hochschulen e.V.) is all about.
The event will be held as part of the implementation of Measure 7.3 of the 2018 Equality Concept and the current Women's Advancement Plan, in particular Chapter 6.1 "Measures to support career paths of female employees".
