Multi-project management at TU Dresden
As a central unit, multi-project management coordinates (sub)projects at TU Dresden, which bolster the digitalisation of administrative processes and are therefore essential for all organisational units.
We strive to implement projects effectively, appropriately, punctually and affordably. In doing so, the interdependency of different projects and a common use of resources are factored in. We support project managers in their operative work without interfering with their responsibilities.
Multi-project management is currently being developed. We are currently coordinating the further expansion of the CampusNet exam management.
