What is the legal basis for the processing of personal data?
The legal basis for the processing of personal data is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a) GDPR (consent), i.e. the use of and consent to the associated processing of your personal data are voluntary.
What personal data is processed?
The following personal data is processed Last name, first name, e-mail address, status to TUD.
How long will personal data be stored?
The data will be stored until October 2025. This does not affect the legality of the processing based on consent until revocation.
If personal data is transmitted to recipients, who at TU Dresden has access to this data and is data collected from third parties?
Unless otherwise stipulated by law or you have expressly consented in individual cases, no personal data will be transferred to third parties.
