Leadership is a concept with a wide range of attributions. You have to address different people with different mindsets, status and ideas and you have to know how to deal with the different aspects of power. Building relationships and create a culture of identification with projects or organisational targets is a lifelong learning. This also includes reflection skills, and knowledge of different parameters which influence communication. Knowledge of contextual communication, stereotypes, assumptions and organizational cultures can be an enormous advantage for the success of projects. Therefore, knowing and reflecting on the different influences in everyday communication is lifelong learning. This is the only way to resolve conflicts, address different employees in a targeted manner, draw boundaries, delegate tasks, inspire and successfully manage departments, projects and teams. This training will address the variety of leadership, leadership skills combined with personal views of leadership and power. Beside a broad range of leadership toolsets, your concept of power, yourself and sovereignty matter. How would you handle different situations? How could you be heard and a good listener in order to guide a conversation in an appropriate way? All these questions will be addressed in the two day training „power to!“.
Methods: In interactive, self reflective and group exercises you will get the possibility to define, discuss and design your idea of leadership. You will learn and use different leadership instruments, design your self concept as a leader in two days.
