Whether in team meetings, in board meetings, in discussions with colleagues or superiors, it is always a matter of appearing present and confident and representing your own content and interests convincingly. A crucial factor for your success is your charisma, which is characterized by HOW you appear and speak. In this practice-oriented seminar you will learn how to increase your presence in the room through your body language and how to make yourself heard with a resonant voice and clear speaking style.

• How do I attract attention?
• Mental and physical relaxation as the basis for a powerful, lively performance
• Presence through upright and flexible posture and gestures
• How do I take the space I deserve?
• Body language status signals and their effect; differences between men and women
• Relationship between posture, breathing and tone of your voice
• Voice and speech exercises
• Eye contact
