One aspect of the diversity of opportunities concerns the inclusion of people with disabilities and chronic diseases.
Again and again this confronts us with the situation of having to question things that are self-evident, to train ourselves for new ways and possibilities, so that the integration of this target group into the routines and demands of our everyday life can succeed....
TU Dresden is growing by the diversity of its members and is committed to inclusion: the fair, non-discriminatory and self-determined participation of people with disabilities and chronic diseases in all topics within the university and contribute to the development of an inclusive university.

In order to achieve the goal of an inclusive university, the Staff Unit Diversity Management is closely networked with numerous actors within and outside the TU Dresden. The work in the thematic field is only possible and successful through the intensive and good cooperation with the diverse partners.
