Managing employees with caring responsibilities - legal issues and practical tips
Supporting employees in balancing work and family life has long been a matter of course at TU Dresden. Nevertheless, the goal of promoting careers with families and providing equal development opportunities for employees with and without families remains challenging.
In addition, changes in the world of work, in particular the permanent increase in hybrid forms of work, are constantly demanding new answers from managers:
- How can hybrid collaboration be organized in such a way that tasks are fulfilled and your employees can flexibly combine work and family at the same time?
- How can we respond to the changing demands of future generations?
- And how can we deal with the increasing work intensification and counteract the blurring of boundaries between work and family time?
In this half-day workshop, you will receive an overview of the formal framework conditions and learn about tried-and-tested systemic work tools based on your concerns, which will make it easier for you to deal with the challenges and tensions associated with reconciling work and family life at the TUD.
