"Glück auf!", this is the traditional greetings that miners still use today. Freiberg is famous for its mining tradition and is home to one of the largest mineral exhibitions in the world. Marvel at gems and minerals glittering in all shapes and colors in the huge collection of the "terra mineralia" exhibition. After lunch, we will stroll through the Freiberg Christmas market before the mountain parade passes by in torchlight - witness unique customs and traditions of the region.
