DRESDEN-concept (DDc) is the research alliance uniting TU Dresden with 35 local, independent research and cultural institutions. The partners harness their synergies in research, teaching, infrastructure and administration. As the only alliance of its kind in Germany, it has been generating exceptional efficiency for over 10 years. Working together, the members are well on their way to developing Dresden as a research location into a DRESDEN-concept Science and Innovation Campus.

The perfect research facility located in another institute – and DDc can help you find it! In the Dresden Technology Portal (DTP), researchers can search for equipment and services. In this way, we are able to make efficient use of available resources, stimulate interdisciplinary cooperation, and promote the transfer of knowledge within the alliance. This is also ensured via the joint technology platforms - Biopolis Dresden Imaging Platform (BioDIP) and the DRESDEN-concept Genome Center (DcGC).
