Restricted operation of the academic affairs office and the examination offices
Dear teachers and students,
due to the current restrictions, we would like to inform you that the service of the academic affairs office and the examination offices is also limited and inquiries may not be processed in the usual speed. Please be assured that we will respond to your request as quickly as possible, but please also understand the current situation.
In accordance with the guidelines of the Rectorate, our employees work primarily on a mobile basis, and the staffing of the academic affairs office is limited to a necessary minimum. As a result, restrictions are unfortunately unavoidable.
It is still not possible to personally present or pick up documents and certificates. This applies in particular to the submission of theses.
There are two possibilities for the timely submission of the thesis (please only in bound form and with integrated as well as signed declaration of independence):
- Drop in the deadline mailbox of the TU Dresden (location Helmholtzstraße).
- Mailing (the postmark is valid).
Finally, we would like to point out that in the coming weeks there may be short-term postponements of courses and exams, so please check selma and Opal frequently for the latest status of these.
