The Academic Affairs Office of the Human Medicine - model degree program combines all organizational and administrative tasks related to teaching as well as the students' affairs during their studies. The Examination Office is responsible for the administration of examined assessments. It also supports students in all related issues (e.g. registration and deregistration, withdrawal, repetition, recognition, examination periods/deadlines, crediting of completed courses, appeal procedures, transcripts of records, certificate for BAföG).
The Admissions Office is the point of contact for all questions regarding applications, study requirements, re-registration, or other matters relating to the formal organization of studies. It is responsible for all those who have obtained their “Abitur” at a German school or as a German citizen at a foreign university.
ArbeiterKind.de ist eine gemeinnützige Organisation für alle, die als erste in ihrer Familie studieren (wollen). Die Ehrenamtlichen ermutigen und begleiten Studierende der ersten Generation auf ihrem Weg vom Studieneinstieg bis zum erfolgreichen Studienabschluss und Berufseinstieg. The Campus Office “Uni mit Kind” is the central family service point on campus, providing extensive information, advice, courses and networking for students and employees. The focus is on pregnancy and birth, maternity and parental leave, financing issues, study organization with children, childcare, support with applications and appeals.
In addition to competent and independent advice on caring for relatives, the Care Counseling Service provides many other services, such as regular specialist lectures or helpful information and forms on the website. Home visits round off the range of services provided by the Care Counseling Service.
