Career fields in Business Education and Management Training | 30.11., 5 pm
In an "All You Can Ask" roundtable discussion, graduates of Business Education and Management Training talk about their personal careers, everyday working life, current fields of activity and professional experiences. They will also answer questions from students.

- Katharina Griesel
...graduated from the TU Dresden with a Master's degree in Business Education and Management Training works as Head of Talent Management & Quality at SINUS Personalmanagement GmbH in Munich. Since moving to the Dresden area, she has been performing her role remotely. As a personnel consultancy for the healthcare industry, the company is responsible for the placement of specialist and management personnel in areas including nursing and medicine, medical technology, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, health insurance companies and the commercial sector. Ms. Griesel is responsible for the recruiting team and is involved in day-to-day operations. She is also responsible for internal quality management and holds employee training courses on various topics. - Regina Lindig
...has a degree in Business Education and Managemement Training from Technische Universität Dresden and works as a labor market policy officer at the Dresden Chamber of Industry and Commerce. There she is responsible for the complex topic of securing skilled workers, represents the member companies of the Dresden Chamber of Industry and Commerce in various committees in the area of labor market policy and deals with methods for employee retention. Previously, she worked for more than 10 years in the education departments of two different chambers of commerce and industry, where she mainly dealt with the topic of trainee marketing/career orientation and developed and implemented instruments such as partnerships between schools and companies. - Dr. Maik Hamann
...studied Business Education and Management Training at Technische Universität Dresden after completing an apprenticeship as a bank clerk and then earned a doctorate in controlling on the contingency theory of corporate planning. He is a partner and project manager at intelligentis. In his daily work he advises and accompanies entrepreneurs mainly when selling a company (e.g. when they retire).
The event is aimed at pupils and at the same time at students of the following subjects (similar courses of study are also welcome):
