Our work group develops instruments to further improve the care for children and adolescents with cancer and their parents (e.g., supporting individual coping, improving health-related quality of life). To date, the German version of the Fear of Progression Questionnaire - Short Form (version for children and version for parents) and the puppet interview to assess illness perceptions in young paediatric cancer patients are available on this web site.
Thus, parental assessments can be complemented by their child's perceptions, in order to adjust medication and psychosocial interventions in a targeted manner.
On this web site, we make these instruments available to our colleagues in clinical practice and research in order to advance knowledge (Open Science). We welcome your usilization and feedback from clinical practice as well as research collaborations and discussions.
