Brückenstraße goes RAW-Festival, 18./19.09.2021
Wir freuen uns über die Einladung zum RAW-Festival der Chemnitzer Industrietage!
An diesem Wochenende, den 18. und 19. September 2021, werden sechs ausgewählte Entwürfe aus dem 6. Semester sowie eine Masterarbeit zur Brückenstraße Chemnitz, die im Sommersemester 2021 an der Professur für Landschaftsarchitektur der TU Dresden erarbeitet wurden, beim RAW-Festival auf der Kulturhauptstadt-Interventionsfläche "Garagen-Campus", dem Gelände des ehemaligen Straßenbahndepots, in Chemnitz präsentiert.
Das Festival folgt dem Motto der Kulturhauptstadt: "C the Unseen" und bringt eine große Anzahl an Akteur*innen aus ca. 30 Kulturhauptstadt-Projekten zusammen. Fünf Studierende des ehemaligen 6. Semesters werden an diesen beiden Tagen zu Gast sein und ihre Entwürfe vorstellen.
Als Interventionsfläche im Rahmen der europäischen Kulturhauptstadt 2025 wird sich das Festivalareal in den nächsten Jahren verändern. Visionen dazu zeigen Studierende des Institutes für Städtebau und Regionalplanung der TU Dresden mit ihrem Projekt "Mobilitätscampus Straßenbahndepot", die zusammen mit den Projekten der Landschaftsarchitektur ausgestellt werden.
Die Ausstellungsbeiträge zur Brückenstraße sowie zum Mobilitätscampus werden in den nächsten Monaten im Straßenbahnmuseum in der Zwicker Straße in Chemnitz zu sehen sein. Am 19. Oktober 2021 werden die Projekte noch einmal im Rahmen einer öffentlichen Veranstaltung Interessierten Bürger*innen präsentiert.
