Der ZÜBLIN-Stahlbaupreis 2016 wird am 09.06.2016 im Rahmen des Bauballs vergeben. Dieser beginnt um 19 Uhr in der Reithalle STRASSE E© (Werner-Hartmann-Straße 2, Dresden). Die Preisverleihung wird ab ca. 20:30 Uhr stattfinden.

Am 24. Mai 2016 findet im Restaurant "Am Weberplatz" im Gästehaus der TU Dresden ein kostenloses Seminar der BDB Bezirksgruppe Dresden und der Initiative ZINKSTAHL GmbH zum Thema "FEUERVERZINKUNG: technisch, ökologisch und ästhetisch überlegen!?" statt.

Am 10. März 2016 fand die Dresdner Stahlbaufachtagung im großen Hörsaal des Potthoff-Baus an der Technischen Universität Dresden statt. Zum zehnjährigen Jubiläum konnten die Veranstalter, das Institut für Stahl- und Holzbau der TUD und die Bauakademie Sachsen, rund 200 Gäste begrüßen.

Since 2011 the Züblin-Stahlbaupreis is awarded yearly for study works, project works or theses by students or dissertations by scientists of the faculties of civil engineering or architecture at Technische Universität Dresden. The award is endowed with EUR 3,000. Applications can be handed in until 12 May 2016 at the Chair of Steel Construction.

The defence of the diploma thesis by Benedikt Funk will take place on 31th March, 3 pm, BEY/121.

The Stahlbaufachtagung 2016 will take place on 10 March 2016 at Potthoff-Bau.

The preparatory exam consultation for the exam Steel Construction within the module BIW3-03 will take place on 19th February 2016, 4th DS (13:00 to 14:30), BEY/114.
