Housing beyond the market. Geographical perspectives on social housing supply

Private financed multi storage building, "Am Lokdepot" in Berlin
For several years now, the topic of "housing" has been a decisive factor in urban debates and urban policy disputes. In particular, ensuring a socially just housing supply is a major challenge for cities and municipalities. This winter semester, the online lecture series will take this as an opportunity to examine the causes of the housing issue from a geographical perspective and to discuss various strategies and concrete projects for a social housing supply beyond the market.
Students of the TU Dresden can find all documents for the lecture series as well as the registration on OPAL: https://bildungsportal.sachsen.de/opal/auth/RepositoryEntry/32130367488
