Topic assignment

Topics for Bachelor's and Master's theses are announced on 01.02. of each year. Interested students should apply as soon as possible and enclose a current CV, overview of grades and courses as well as the application form with their application. For Bachelor's theses, there is a registration window of 14 days. For Master's theses, applications can be submitted at any time regardless of the deadline. Please send your application to sebastian.stoermer@tu-dresden.de.

Current topics

(Note: Currently all topics are assigned and no new theses are being supervised)

• Procrastination in the workplace –  Examining the status quo and future research avenues (BA)
• Quiet quitting – what is it and when and why do employees engage in it? (BA)
• Virtual work and expatriate assignments – A qualitative inquiry into the experiences of international assignees (MA)

Guidelines for writing theses

The guidelines of the junior professorship must be observed when working on final theses and seminar papers. Theses can be written in German or English. However, it is recommended that the thesis be written in English. The structure of theses is based on peer-reviewed journal articles.
